Vote for Pedrero

Grown by Ernelio Ortiz at Finca El Pedrero in Honduras's Montecillos region, this coffee features Catuai and IHCAFE 90 varieties. Ernelio's commitment to environmental stewardship has enhanced his coffee's quality. Tasting notes include jammy red grape, raspberry, mild burnt sugar, and cocoa, with candy-like sweetness and intense winey acidity. 

Guadalupe & the Giant Peach

Cultivated by Doña Guadalupe Herrera at Finca Guadajey in Jinotega, Nicaragua, this coffee is a unique blend of red and yellow Catuai varieties. The naturally occurring yeasts on her farm impart a distinctive sweet peach aroma and flavor to the beans. Tasting notes highlight prominent peach flavors, complemented by honey and clementine undertones.
